PURCHASE ORDERS
1. BIBI Moroccan Rugs is a Trademark of Cooperative BIBI. It makes sales in its Showroom in Marrakech and through its website https://moroccanrugsandtextiles.com
2. BIBI Moroccan Rugs deals with private customers, Interior Designers and decor stores.
3. All items will be sent to the buyer hand washed and revised. All pieces are kept in our warehouse in a clean and ventilated space, assuring the rugs health.
4. All sales/purchase orders must be confirmed in writing via email to info*moroccanrugsandtextiles.com
REFUND POLICY
1. BIBI Moroccan Rugs offers a guarantee of return for the items bought through this website . It means a refund of the total cost of the purchase, minus the costs derived from shipping and insurance, that will be responsibility of the buyer, (this includes the shipping and insurance costs to the buyer’s address and the shipping and insurance costs of the return) plus a 15 % from the total cost of the purchase for re-stocking the items returned.
2. To apply this guarantee the goods returned must be in their original condition, without any use, the pieces must be perfectly packed and the buyer must inform to BIBI Moroccan Rugs before returning them.
3. This guarantee will cover the buyer’s rights of return for 5 days, counting since the day of delivery in her/his address
4. However, please, all potential buyers are encouraged to request all the information they might need about the item they are planning to buy from BIBI Moroccan Rugs in order to be sure about their purchase.
SHIPMENTS
1. BIBI Moroccan Rugs ships its pieces by a courier service with international tracking number. The shipment can be tracked in real time in every moment. For the majority of overseas address, the shipments will arrive within 4-10 working days to the client´s address
2. Once BIBI Moroccan Rugs knows the shipping destination address, an e-mail with the shipping and insurance costs will be sent to the buyer.
3. All customs tax derived from overseas shipments will be responsibility of the buyer.
4. If there were some shipment lost or shipment damages, BIBI Moroccan Rugs would ask for the insurance rights directly to the courier and the customer will not have any responsibility about this failed service.
PAYMENTS
1. All purchases will be paid in advance. The client will pay the full purchase price plus shipping and insurance costs.
2. Payments by PayPal and Bank Wire Transfer will be accepted.
3. The pieces selected by the client will be shipped just after BIBI Moroccan Rugs has received the total payment in its bank account or in its PayPal account.
